Tony Flannery – Managing Director

Tony has over twenty-five years’ direct experience of civil engineering and groundworks in the rail industry and other sectors. As the Contracts Director for M Flannery Construction Ltd he was responsible for the management and delivery of a range of projects including trackside works for Network Rail, the installation of large diameter pipes for Anglian Water and of treatment plant for Southern Water and Trent Water, and the construction of much of the Croydon Tramway network.

Tony has a meticulous and detailed approach to risk assessment on site and insists on robust and reliable contingency planning to ensure the delivery of any project for which he is responsible.
